Conference Logistics

The 2026 Yale Clean Energy Conference takes place at the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Connecticut, USA.

The conference takes place on the first and second floors of the Yale School of Management. You can find venue maps below, on the conference app, and on signage at the event.

Yes! A few weeks before the event takes place you will receive an email inviting you to access the app and customize your schedule and profile. The app allows you to see what’s happening where and network with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors.

We recommend professional attire, anywhere from business casual to business formal.

Yes! Thursday lunch, Friday breakfast, Friday lunch, and a Friday happy hour food and drink are included with every ticket.

We’ve made reservations at area restaurants for attendees to continue their conversations after Thursday’s content events have concluded. Join fellow attendees in groups of 8-10 to casually chat and network on over New Haven eats. In informational emails you will receive in the weeks leading up to the conference you will have the opportunity to sign up to attend one. These optional events are self-funded and not paid for by the conference. Sign-ups will occur closer to the conference dates.

You should bring a refillable water bottle, your government ID, and a way to take notes on what you learn! 

The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you need additional accessibility accommodations, please note them in your registration.

Gluten free, vegan, and nut-free food will be available at each meal. If you have additional restrictions please list note them in your registration.

New Haven is home to the first net zero hotel in the country! Stay at The Hotel Marcel to experience living in a LEED Platinum, Passive House certified, fully sustainable accommodations. Other New Haven hotels are:

We recommend taking the Yale Shuttle bus or the New Haven portion of the CT Transit system as easy, sustainable, ways to get to the conference. The city of New Haven is quite walkable. If you are coming from an airport or train station outside of walking or Yale/New Haven bus range, we recommend taking Uber or Lyft.

Sponsors & Exhibitors

Sponsorship levels are: Lead ($10,001+), Terawatt ($10,000), Gigawatt ($7,500), Megawatt ($5,000), Kilowatt ($2,500), Watt ($1,000).

You will be given a 6’ long 2’ wide table. All tables will be in the same area of the venue in two back-to-back rows. Your sponsorship level influences where in the back-to-back rows your table is.

You may set up your table on Friday, November 6, any time before our Networking Lunch begins at 11:45am. You may tear down your table any time after the Networking Reception ends at 6:00pm.

Please do! You are encouraged to bring materials such as a tablecloth, pop-up banners, giveaways, and screens or printouts to share information.

We can supply you with electricity if you need.

Additional Support

We can provide you a refund if you let us know at least one month (by Monday, October 5, 2026) in advance that you no longer will be attending. To let us know, email cleanenergy@yale.edu.
